Delete your account

1. Open Maintium and go to More.
2. Tap Account and data.
3. Tap Request deletion and confirm.

The app files the request for you. You do not need to write to anyone.

Write to support@maintium.com from the email address of your account, and include:

• your username;
• the company you work for.

We only act on requests sent from the address linked to the account, so nobody can delete an account that is not theirs.

• Your sign-in credentials.
• Your name and username.
• The rest of the personal data in your profile, such as your work email.

Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered. If you need access again, your organization creates a new account.

The repair history of the bikes stays: work orders you took part in remain in the record, anonymized, with your name removed. That history belongs to the company you work for, which needs it for maintenance and safety records.

Your account is deleted within 30 days of the request at the latest.
