Every repair, on the record.

What it's for

Our workshops keep thousands of shared bikes on the street. Maintium follows every repair from the first scan to the quality check: who has the bike, which parts it took, how long the work lasted.

Maintium is Inurba Mobility's own maintenance system. The whole repair on the mechanic's phone, the whole workshop on the manager's screen. One record per bike, one cycle per work order, every step stamped by the server.

Workflow

One work order, two screens. From the scan to back in service.

  1. 01

    Scan the bike

Point the phone at the QR already on the bike. Its record, open orders and history appear.

  2. 02

    Diagnose and repair

Mark the faulty components and the parts that replace them: each part has to fit its component, one front wheel per order, spokes counted by the unit. Repair time comes from the timestamps; nobody types it in.

  3. 03

    Quality check

A second person scans the same bike and approves the work, or sends it back, before it leaves the workshop.

  4. 04

    Back in service

The order closes with diagnosis, parts and time attached. The bike goes back to the street; managers see it in the console and in the exports.

Console

  • 01Users, roles and access

Roles, plus per-person permissions to diagnose, repair and check quality in any combination. Accounts are created by an administrator; nobody signs up alone. Two-step verification on the console.

  • 02Work orders

Diagnosis, parts, time with its sessions, quality status, people and the full timeline of every order.

  • 03Catalogue

Spare parts and fault types, with how many of each part an order may take and the standard time of every operation. Import from Excel or CSV; column names can vary.

  • 04Exports

Orders, time per mechanic and parts consumed per workshop and month, to Excel. Monthly summary to PDF.

  • 05Insights and exceptions

Open, in repair, awaiting quality, back in service. Exceptions show repairs far from their standard time, a part repeated on the same bike and orders a manager has to check. Every figure opens the orders behind it.

  • 06Modules and integrations

Switch features on or off per workshop. Changes reach the phones over the air. Tell the fleet platform when a bike is back in service.

Workshops

Built in our workshops, for our fleets.

  1. 01

    City workshops

Bikes and e-bikes from our bike-sharing fleets: diagnosis, parts, repair and quality, on one record.

  2. 02

    Spare parts

Every part consumed is recorded against the bike and the workshop that used it, and exported by month.

  3. 03

    Supervisors and quality

The same record on their phone: what waits for review, what came back, which repair needs a second look.

Rollout

Four steps to the first week.

  1. 01

    Accounts

The platform admin creates the city, its workshop and its people. Roles decide who sees what.

  2. 02

    Bikes and parts

The fleet list is loaded with the QR codes the bikes already carry; the parts catalogue is imported from Excel or CSV.

  3. 03

    Phones

Mechanics sign in on their own or a shared phone. The app works offline from the first minute.

  4. 04

    First week

Repairs flow, time is stamped by the server, managers read the console. Exports come out at month end.
